I am writing this letter to make complaint regarding the product that I purchased recently. I bought a handheld power drill with serial Bosch Impact Drill (GBS 10 RE). The product did not work properly. And delivery not ontime.

I was very disappointed for this incident. I ask want you to take an action to resolve this problem as early as possible.
